Becoming a physical therapist was a natural progression for me after a 17-year professional swimming career. Throughout my athletic journey, I faced my share of injuries, which led me to work closely with some exceptional physical therapists. Their expertise not only helped me recover but also inspired me to pursue a career in the same field.

My fascination with the mechanisms that drive the human body has always intrigued me, and I’m passionate about applying my unique skill set to help others return to the activities they love as quickly as possible. My goal is to empower people to live active, fulfilling lives without being limited by pain. I take an individualized approach with each person, crafting tailored programs that align with their specific needs and long-term goals.
